Minors Demi-Glace Sauce Concentrate is a velvety brown sauce made from reduced beef stock and accented with tomato, garlic and onion. Its delicate sheen enhances beef, poultry and vegetable dishes. Use as a base for Hunter, Madeira, and Peppercorn sauces. Make Marsala demi-glace by simply substituting Marsala wine for ¼ the amount of water called for in the recipe.
